Beautiful Leadership - Bring Your Best To The Table

Hello Ladies,

I believe in you, I believe in me and I believe in the power of women collectively. I believe that women should stand up and take their seat at the table and boldly step into all they are called to be.

It’s interesting; this being a female thing. It inherently brings its own set of unique challenges. We systematically underrate our abilities. We feel a deeper responsibility for balancing family life than our wonderful male counterparts. We live in a world where for a woman, success and likability do not usually correlate and therefore we limit ourselves as not to appear bossy or pushy. We consider ourselves defined by our appearance and our age.

Despite what we allow ourselves to think beautiful ladies, the truth is that we are all daughters by design. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We were created as women by God with a unique purpose in mind. The stats overwhelmingly tell us that when women are in places of influence and leadership in the community and business world, communities are healthier and and businesses wealthier_ FACT.

“ If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, YOU ARE A LEADER”

My heart for Beautiful Leadership is to cultivate a community which will stand together and lift each other up, inspiring one another to step into places of influence.

Leadership is a beautiful word, not a masculine power-suit word. Leadership is a heart condition as well as a behaviour. I believe that as christian women we are all called to be leaders, elevating the room wherever we go.

We will be bringing you genuine and candid interviews with women from all walks of life that have stepped into their leadership calling and are making a difference. Here you will find blogs and articles on Personal Leadership (i.e. leading yourself), Personal Resilience and how to be a better leader.

You are special

You are unique

The answers sits beautifully within you

Stand up with me ladies and bring your best to the table

Love,

Amanda xx
